We offer a 3-Day Size Exchange on eligible products.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact
• Exchange is subject to stock availability

Please note:

• Only one exchange is permitted per order.
• Exchange requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
• House of Cords reserves the right to reject items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
